    I visited this bank to speak with someone about an issue I found wrong on my account. I spoke with a woman working there who let me explain my situation. It was shown to me that the mistake was, in short, my fault, due to a misunderstanding of how the overdraft fees work. This very bad news was not given to me in an annoyed or curt way. Instead, she was very professional and kind. She explained to me how the process works and offered advice to prevent it from happening again. Then, she went above and beyond expectations and sorted out my account so that I started over with a clean slate. I cannot express how very impressed and grateful I am for Robin Woolsey. She showed the best kind of customer service, and has certainly gained my trust for her branch.

    Conveniently located self serve gas station. Reasonable prices for the area. Smaller convenient store than most so there are some things they do not have in stock there ever. Restrooms are located outside in back of store, have to get keys from clerk inside first.

    I do not recommend moving here. Management ladies are completely fake. Maintenance will just come on in and search your apartment with no notice. I've tried many times to let them know of all the ridiculous noise around the clock, teenagers just hanging out in parking lot at all hours. Neighbors being loud and leaving a trail of trash behind. Kids playing loudly in breezeway. Not a very safe place to live.

    Not a bad place. The office ladies have horrible attitudes and really need to tone down how they treat my autistic daughter. So not really a good place either. Seems like the office ladies ruin this place for a lot of people. Not surprising, what do you expect when you have two people that are certain that they are perfect managing an apartment complex. Plus they have no idea how discriminatory they are, especially towards the disabled. I really need to get ahold of that property management company.
